The quality of the product is Excellent, however the stamp is too Tiny and not Legible. It's purpose was to stamp the back of motivational cards for my clients.

We’re sorry to hear that the stamp turned out too small and not as legible as expected for your motivational cards. The size ordered was the small option at 2" x 0.75", which can make finer details more difficult to read. We also offer larger sizes that may better suit your needs, including medium at 2" x 1", large at 3.33" x 1.4", and X-large at 3.8" x 2.8". If you need any help selecting a larger size, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.
stamper case too big

The stamp case was way too big for the size of the ink stamp. This means it is harder to judge where to stamp the corner of the envelope because there is so much extra space around the actual position of the ink. The same stamp could have been achieved with a smaller stamper. The oversized stamper also requires more space to store it.

Way too much ink

My stamp overflows with ink. . . It drips out of the casing and there are spots everywhere. . . After around 50 stamps, it became acceptable, but the problem came back at the next use

Pre-inked stamps are designed to provide clean, consistent impressions, so the ink overflowing and dripping from the casing is not expected behavior. While it’s good to hear the impressions improved after repeated use, we understand how frustrating it must be for the issue to return after periods of non-use.

Looking at the product page FAQ (https://www.vistaprint.ca/stationery/stamps/pre-inked-stamps#FAQs), we recommend a maximum of three lines of text for best results. In your submitted file, the Medium (2" x 1") size included five lines, and the last line used a thinner font style. This may have impacted the final imprint and contributed to the legibility issue you noted.
