To qualify for 2-day delivery, you must be in Ontario and place your order before 6 PM ET. If you do, your business cards should arrive within 2 business days. (So be aware that orders placed on Fridays or weekends will take longer to arrive.) Also, please note that due to carrier limitations, 2-day delivery may not be available in all Ontario locations. The quality of the cards was fantastic and the promised delivery time of 2 days was accurate, I received an initial tracking number that stated the cards would take a full week to get to me which caused some confusion.

We're sorry to hear that the sizing and format of the print on the cards did not meet your expectations and will be happy to look into this for you. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the design did not cover the entire area of the business cards and so there would have been white borders at the top and bottom of the cards. Please note that the card dimensions are 3.62"x2.12" and so it is required that this be the size of the file. Regarding the size of the font, we would recommend not having the font size be less than 10 for the information added. Please also ensure that the information is not to the edges as the card will be cut when printed.

I was really looking forward to have my new business cards arrive, I even paid for the thicker paper but the feel is very thin and cheap and bend easily giving it a distressed look which is not a good look to supply to the customers however I do very much like the design

For 2-day business cards, you can choose from 3 paper types, 3 thickness options, and standard or rounded corners. Paper types include glossy (great for photos and vibrant colors), matte (smooth finish that's easy to write on) and uncoated (classic, traditional feel). Thickness options range from standard (cost-effective and professional) to premium and premium plus (thicker options that have a bit more impact).

Due to carrier limitations, 2-day business cards are only available in Ontario. However, we do have express delivery options for many other locations. After you select the card options you want, you can check the “Get it as soon as” shipping estimate to see what your quickest delivery option is.

The cutoff time is 6 PM ET, and your order should arrive by 6 PM ET within 2 business days.

2-day business cards have no quantity limits. You can order as few or as many cards as you need, making this a great option for both small networking events and large company rollouts.

Your final shipping price will depend on the overall size and cost of your order, as carriers calculate shipping costs based on these factors. Final pricing for shipping is determined by your overall order cost.

We (and the postal carriers we use) do our best to deliver orders within the promised timelines, but there are times when that becomes impossible. We’ll do our best to provide updates and keep your package moving.
