I received a rolled-up, printed photo in an open triangular container, shipped from the US, that arrived with an end. I paid for a framed photo print. The image is cropped so tightly that it is not easy to frame. This was a huge waste of time and money. The image advertised is misleading.

Avoid white margins: To prevent margins in your framed picture, be sure to match the shape of your photo to the orientation of the print.

Add a mat: Accenting your print with a mat is an easy way to make it feel elevated (please note that mats are not available for all frames).

Each of our framed photo prints is carefully constructed as a cohesive, all-in-one piece, with backing that’s specifically fitted to the frame. As a result, we do not recommend replacing the photo – removing the backing may damage the frame or print.

Our prints are featured on high-quality matte paper for a classic look. The frame is made of medium density fiberboard and comes with an acrylic cover to keep your image in place.

White (Classic or Premium): An all-around great option for a variety of spaces, especially if you prefer a modern look. Recommended for minimalist prints, light-toned photos and black and white images.

Black (Classic or Premium): A versatile pick for contemporary and traditional spaces alike, we suggest this option for images with high contrast as well as black and white photos.

Walnut (Class or Premium): With its warm feel, walnut looks great in traditional rooms full of rich textures and colours. Pair it with nature photography, warm-toned portraits and vintage-inspired art.

Rustic: Great for cottage-inspired homes and country-style decor, our rustic option goes wonderfully with vintage art, nature scenes and family photos.

We recommend uploading high-resolution photos for your framed print. High-res photos will give you the sharpest prints possible. Also, don’t forget to match the shape of your upload to the orientation of the print – doing so helps you avoid any white margins.

We offer a white mat on our premium walnut, premium black, premium white, rustic, gold and champagne frames. If you prefer our standard frame styles but still want the look of a mat, you can get your image printed with a white border.

Note: Adding a printed border will slightly reduce the size of the actual photo image. Border and mat measurements vary depending on the print size and frame style. See below for details.
