Note: While some of our printed envelopes can fit cards from other retailers, they are mainly designed for use with VistaPrint cards. We recommend checking the dimensions of both your cards and envelopes before purchasing.

I was hoping for the flag to cover the entire front of the envelope.

Due to their dimensions, square cards and envelopes require $0.15 additional postage. The rest of our printed envelopes require only standard postage, unless extra inserts are added that increase the base weight.

A branded envelope is an envelope that has a logo, company name or other branding elements printed on the outside. Branded envelopes help businesses build brand recognition while promoting their products or services. They also add a consistent look and professional feel to everyday correspondence.

The logo is typically placed in the top left corner of the envelope, above or opposite the return address. This is because it is the most visible location when the envelope is face up in a stack or tray. However, you can place your logo anywhere you like, depending on the design of your envelope and the specific look you are going for. We recommend following these tips to ensure your custom envelopes make a great first impression:

  • Use quality stationery. (Our thick 80 lb. paper stock will give your mail a polished look and feel.)
  • Make sure your standard envelope size is the right fit for the documents you're sending.
