We appreciate your feedback on the Loyalty Business Cards and regret hearing that the print quality and size of the cards were not as expected. Our review of the design shows that the print size was very small and there was extra space on the sides where the design did not go all the way to the full bleed size. Please note that we recommend that your design be a full bleed size, which is 2.11" x 3.61". Also, we recommend that you use the safe margin line (dotted line) as a guide for where to place your image and text. All important details should be within the dotted lines; however, the further away the image or text is, the smaller it will look when printed. In addition, for best results in the future, we suggest that you download the "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order. This is available in the editing studio, in the upper left corner when you click on the product name. When viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. I reordered a previous design but this time the color was different. Overall the final product was OK, but the new color was less desirable. Originally or business card had a very light cream time and this time it was considerably more yellow and less attractive.

Our custom loyalty cards don’t have mag strip or scanning technology. So you can’t swipe or scan them, but they still work great as punch or stamp cards.
