Looking at the order history, we noted that out of the six decals, two artworks included in the photo were affected; one was sized 12" x 18", and another was sized 8" x 8" (fox artwork). We considered this a production issue and have processed a replacement at no additional cost for these two decals. To help ensure your new decals apply flawlessly and stay securely bonded to your window, our production team has prepared a quick installation guide: • Prepare the Glass: Clean the window using rubbing alcohol (70% isopropyl alcohol) and water. Avoid Windex or ammonia‑based cleaners, as they leave a film that weakens the adhesive. • Check the Temperature: For the best bond, install the decals in a shaded area when the window temperature is between 10°C and 25°C (50°F to 77°F). • Smooth from the Center: Use a credit card wrapped in a soft cloth or, best, the Squeegee included in your order to firmly press the decal onto the glass, pushing outwards from the center to the edges to eliminate air pockets. • Let it Cure: Keep the vehicle dry and skip the carwash for the first 24 to 48 hours to allow the adhesive to fully lock in. Your feedback will be forwarded to the relevant team to strengthen quality checks and improve production consistency. Feel free to keep or recycle the items you received. To install the decal, we recommend following the steps below: 1. Prep: Clean your window with mild soap and water, then dry it thoroughly. 2. Apply: Peel the backing off your car window sticker and carefully place it on your window. 3. Smooth: Use a flat edge (like a credit card) to press out any air bubbles for a seamless look.
