Printed on corrugated plastic, these custom cutouts are lightweight and durable, and come in 7 standard or custom sizes (with heights from 3' to 6.5', widths from 2' to 4.4'). They're designed for indoor use, so keep them away from moisture and direct sunlight. Your cutout arrives folded in half – unfold, attach the included cardboard stand with Command™ Strips and you're good to go. We offer 7 standard custom life-size cutouts as well as custom sizes (with heights from 3' to 6.5' and widths from 2' to 4.4'). Each size represents the maximum dimensions your cutout can reach – your image will be die-cut to its exact shape within that boundary.

Start by picking your size and then uploading an image in .pdf, .jpg, .png or .tiff format at 300 DPI. As soon as you upload, our design tools will let you know if there are any resolution issues and you can swap files. For the sharpest results, use the original file from your camera rather than a screenshot or anything from social media. You can also use our automatic background removal tool during the design phase to give your subject a clean edge.
Our cutouts are available with economy shipping in 8 business days, standard in 6 or express in 3 – so we've got options that work for your business.
Keep your custom cutout indoors and away from moisture and direct sunlight, and they'll hold up well over time. To clean, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and let air dry.
Assembling your cutout is quick and easy – just follow these 5 steps:
- Find the top and bottom flaps and push them out.
- Fold the 2 vertical fold lines inward to give the stand its shape.
- Fold the fold line on the top and bottom flaps inward toward the stand to create a shelf.
- Insert the slits into the stand to lock everything in place.
- Peel and stick the 4 included Command™ Strips onto the back of the cutout and the front of the stand and press the 2 surfaces together firmly.
