This time around, I ordered three different designs, for a total of 1,000 business cards. I use these cards as backings for my enamel pins. Unfortunately, the quality was inconsistent between the designs. My elephant design had no significant issues. the colours came out perfectly. At most, there was a very minor misalignment. However, the design I ordered 500 cards of had significant issues. Approximately 95% of the cards were misaligned, and around half of the cards had visible printing errors/speckles, as shown in the picture (the smaller stack to the right - about 45%). Many had small white lines and/or speckles, while around 10% had noticeably larger speckles. There were also three cards with colour smudges that are not part of the original design. I have provided a picture showing cards with mistakes per box on the right stack. Lastly about this one design, one whole box had a white mark/dent on the side of all the cards. it is a small one but noticeable. The box itself had no damage to i assume it was during packaging. (i show this on a picture) My tiger design had no printing defects, but approximately 95% of those cards were also misaligned. I provided a picture of a previous design I ordered as a reference, which was perfectly aligned and had no printing defects. it is a bit frustrating not knowing if I will receiving them as intended. That said, the card material and overall quality of the cards themselves are good, and I have no complaints about the cardstock. My main concerns are the inconsistent alignment and printing quality between orders.
