We are, however, sorry to hear about your disappointment that the color you received was not the deep sage you chose online. We completely understand your frustration when the final print doesn't match your vision, and we sincerely apologize for this. To provide some clarity on what can cause this, our printing process uses a CMYK color profile (for ink), while colors on digital screens are displayed in a bright, backlit RGB color profile. When a specific shade like 'deep sage' is converted from the screen to ink, it can sometimes lose a bit of its hue or appear different.
