The large Dog Pillow

The pillow that I received looked nothing like my dog or the image on screen that was shown to me before purchase. It should have been recommended to me to choose the smaller picture. It was a present for my wife as our dog passed away in October. When my wife saw it she said " It looks creepy " I was disappointed and felt that it was a waste of money. Going forward I need to be more cautious about what I choose and how it is shown on screen. John Kerr Stittsville, Ontario

It’s cute but in the sample photo, I see a white border but my pillow the photo I chose did not have a white border. Not sure now if there was an option to do it, but my pillow would look better if it did have this option. Otherwise, it’s good quality, I like it.

No. The cover cannot be removed.

The covers on our custom pet pillows are 88% recycled polyester and 12% recycled nylon. The fill is 100% polyester.

We recommend spot cleaning to keep your custom pet face pillow looking its best. Follow these simple steps for cleaning:

  1. Mix a few drops of mild dish soap in warm water.
  2. Dip a clean cloth or paper towel into the soapy water and dab it on the pillow’s stain. Gently blot the stain, do not rub.
  3. To rinse, blot the stain with fresh, clean water.
  4. Leave your pillow to air dry, keeping it away from direct sunlight.

We don’t offer custom sizing for our pet photo pillows. However, with 3 different pillow shapes in 2 sizes each, we feel confident you can find the right fit. Check out our size chart for more info:

We use full-colour, dye-sublimation printing on our pet face pillows, which gives the photos a super vibrant, long-lasting look.

Here are a few ways to create an awesome pillow as cute as your fur baby:

- Choose a high-quality image: Uploading a photo that’s at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) will ensure your pillow looks clear and sharp
- Use a close-up shot: Select an image of your pet that was taken at close range, such as a headshot. Zooming in and cropping a photo taken from a distance may result in blurry image quality
- Leave no gaps: When you’re designing, make sure to stretch your image so that your photo covers the entire design area
- Preview your pillow: Use our preview tool to double-check your work and make sure you feel 100% satisfied before ordering
