We’re glad to hear you appreciated the color and paper quality, but we understand how frustrating it must have been to receive items where the adhesive had already caused the envelopes to seal, resulting in many being unusable. We regret the inconvenience this has caused. As a gentle reminder, under our VistaPrint Terms, customers are required to inspect physical products promptly upon delivery and report any alleged defects, non-conformances, or damages to our Customer Care team within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may void the product warranty, subject to Section 10.3 of the Terms. That said, we value your feedback and would still like to review your case further. Our colourful envelopes are created to be used with VistaPrint stationery and may not fit similar cards from other companies.

No. We currently only offer our coloured envelopes in these four sizes: 4.375" x 5.75", 4.75" x 7.5", 6" x 9" and #9 (fits 3.86" x 8.39" cards).

Personalized features are only available for custom envelopes, while coloured envelopes come in a range of special paper materials, like silver metallic or kraft paper. However, you may add your own personal touches like calligraphy, self-inking stamps, custom stickers or return address labels.

No. We currently don’t offer a peel-and-stick flap option. The flaps of our custom envelopes have an adhesive that needs moisture to activate.
