To provide some clarity on what can cause this, our printing process uses a CMYK color profile (for ink), while colors on digital screens are displayed in a bright, backlit RGB color profile. When a design is converted from the screen to ink, colors can often appear a bit darker than they did online. However, we absolutely want to look into this for you and make it right. To help us investigate the color shift on your specific order, could you please share a few photos of the cards you received?
