on the online preview my image was clear and legible, unfortunately when i received the product it was not.

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

We're very sorry the printing on the envelope seals was not legible enough. Upon reviewing the account, we saw that the product was created that way. We love it when our customers are happy with their shopping experience, so we'd love to help. We've increased the size of the image and have placed a free reorder for another set of envelope seals. Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention. We truly value and appreciate your business.

Printed on the wrong side

Instead of printing my logo on the seal, they printed the back of my card on it!

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

We are sorry to hear about your disappointment with the print outcome on your envelope seals and understand how surprising it was to see the back of your card printed on them instead of your intended logo. Upon reviewing your account, we noted that the entire design was placed on the envelope seals, and the print outcome directly reflected the submitted artwork during the design process. For future orders, we strongly recommend carefully checking preview mode and the PDF proof prior to placing an order to set clear expectations for alignment, image placement, and overall design layout. We hope this clarifies your concern, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team via this direct link: https://www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/

The labels were so shiny, you can't even see the writing on the label. The quality has depreciated so much over the years, I'll be looking for alternate options.

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your review with us. We acknowledge your feedback and are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience with the excessive glare on your labels. We completely understand your frustration when the finish makes the text hard to read, especially as a returning customer who expects consistent quality from us. Could you please reply directly to this email and share a few clear images of the labels you received? Once we can review how the finish and text legibility turned out, we will gladly look into this right away to find a proper solution for you. We look forward to hearing back from you.
