I recently had a disappointing experience with VistaPrint when I ordered a sticker and encountered multiple issues with the white border. Initially, my first order arrived with a white border, which was not what I expected. Seeking a solution, I reached out to their customer service through the online chat. The representative suggested using their design service to create a sticker without a border. Trusting their expertise, I paid for the design service, hoping for a satisfactory outcome. However, to my dismay, they simply used my original design. Undeterred, I called again to inquire about the design and printing process. The person I spoke to informed me that the sticker would still print with a border, which was contradictory to what I was initially told. Thankfully, they refunded my design fee and advised me to resubmit my design. Finally understanding what they wanted, I altered my design accordingly and contacted customer service once more. The staff member I spoke with was helpful and checked my design multiple times, made sure everything was good to go and even going the extra mile to add it to my cart. They assured me that this time there would be no white border. However, much to my disappointment, when I received the sticker, it still had a white border. Overall, my experience with VistaPrint was frustrating and unsatisfactory. Despite their promises and my efforts to comply with their instructions, the issue with the white border persisted. I expected better communication and a more accurate representation of the final product. I hope that VistaPrint takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their design and printing processes.
