The product idea is good, but the sizes are problematic; they're either too small or too large, with no medium size (especially for complex and detailed custom designs, you have to buy the large one just in case).
My stamp itself is good, but it's not 100% aligned. When using it, sometimes the design doesn't stamp completely; part of the image is missing.
The color choices are very limited.
A protective case for storing the stamp is included.

I forgot that I'd dealt successfully with VistaPrint before! So I went with another company - or tried to anyway. It was confusing, took too long, the service was not there.
THEN, I remembered VistaPrint and that I'd been very pleased with you. I'm retired, so I don't have much need for your type of services anymore - or at least that's my excuse for forgetting.
Anyway, I signed in, placed my order in 3 minutes flat, received a great product in a timely manner and I couldn't be happier! I won't forget you next time!! :)
