Much smaller than expected

The product is extremely small in size and looks more like a toy than a functional stamp. Due to its tiny size, it was completely useless for my work, and I feel like my money was wasted. Make sure to double-check the exact dimensions before buying, as the pictures are quite misleading.

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are sincerely sorry to hear that your Circle Stamp was much smaller than expected and did not work for your intended project. We completely understand how disappointing it is to receive an item that doesn't meet your functional needs. The size selected for this order was our 0.69" diameter stamp. For future reference or larger applications, we also offer a larger 1.63" diameter option that provides a significantly bigger impression area. If you have any urgent concerns or need immediate assistance, please feel free to call us at 833-996-2067 or connect with our team through our online Help Center (https://www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/). We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we look forward to making things right for you.

Great stamp

Very pleased with this product. And the customer support is very helpful if you are having issues with your order. I took one star off because the circle isn’t getting all the ink. Not sure if it will correct itself. But it only has so many stamps so I don’t want to use them up trying. Time will tell. But overall pleased.

Not as good as I hoped.

The first one I received the contrast was totally off. So they fixed it and sent me a new one but the stamp is rotated off center, and never stamps consistently no matter how hard or gently you apply pressure

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

We’re sorry that your replacement stamp still isn’t meeting your expectations. We understand how frustrating it must be to experience another issue after the first stamp had contrast problems. Please share clear photos of the stamp and its impressions, so we can review the issues and help find a suitable resolution. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.

Sad to see quality has dropped off!

I was disappointed with both items ordered. 2 stamps - letters too small so they blur when stamp is used and thus unreadable. And I ordered a roll of stickers and got cheap sheets of stickers. Not happy at all

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

We are sorry for your disappointment with your recent order and that both items fell short of your expectations. Upon reviewing your order details, we noted the following: Stamps: The selected size was our small option (0.69" diameter). Because of the limited surface area, fine text on this size can blend when stamped. For clearer and larger text visibility, we also offer a larger option (1.63" diameter), which provides ample space for fine details to print crisply. Stickers: The order was placed for sticker sheets rather than roll labels. If you prefer stickers on a roll for your applications, you can explore our full selection of options directly via this Roll Labels link: https://www.vistaprint.ca/labels-stickers/roll-labels For future orders, we strongly recommend a careful review of the specifications and options listed on the product webpage to ensure all dimensions, formats, and design scale expectations are clearly set before purchasing. We hope this clarifies your queries. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out via https://www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/

Nice product

This self-inking stamp works great. My only issue is that my logo isn't completely straight. Otherwise the large stamp is perfect. If you have smaller fonts in your logo I wouldn't recommend the small stamp. It works well but is smaller than I imagined.
