Didn't tell me my logo didn't fit

When I created the stamp - the picture showed the full logo on the stamp yet when it arrived, a piece of the logo was missing. I am not very impressed. This should have been caught. I would not buy again.

This item was not what I was hoping for and I'm not going to be able to use it at all due to the poor quality and unprofessional looking finished product.
