I’ve had two of these banners for 9 months and used them about 7 times for events. Never had any issues but tried to use them yesterday and they wouldn’t open. Took them apart to see what the issue is and there was no reason they shouldn’t have opened. Now they won’t retract back in but are no longer trapped fully inside. I would recommend acrylic stands with paper over these.

I like the banner, however I didn’t set the writing up high enough which is my fault, but I wish someone from Vista would have seen my mistake and contacted me to fix it.

Our production process prints designs exactly as they are submitted and approved during the ordering process, including the placement and positioning of text and graphics. Because of this, we do not typically make adjustments to customer artwork unless a separate design service has been requested. That said, we appreciate your suggestion regarding additional design review and understand why you would have liked to be notified before printing. 1. Cassette: Set your cassette on the table.
2. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and insert into the hole in the cassette.
3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.

Tabletop signs are best for shorter term use like advertising limited-time deals, events and seasonal offerings. Tabletop retractable banners are better for longer-term messaging, repeat use and travel.

We don’t recommend it. This cardstock is neither water- nor wind-resistant, so we advise that you limit use to indoor settings. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly signage option, you may want to consider one of our custom yard signs.
