Banner not aligned

Banner glued on an angle so does not pull up straight. Can't fix it without it ripping and ruining the banner.

I have ordered many times from vista print , never done a review until now because this had my biggest expectation and resulted in my biggest disappointment. The top of banner is cheaply glued to the metal and after 2 shows it came off! Definitely wouldn't recommend :(

1. Cassette: Set your cassette on the table.
2. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and insert into the hole in the cassette.
3. Banner: Using both hangs, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.

Tabletop signs are best for shorter term use like advertising limited-time deals, events and seasonal offerings. Tabletop retractable banners are better for longer-term messaging, repeat use and travel.

We don’t recommend it. This cardstock is neither water- nor wind-resistant, so we advise that you limit use to indoor settings. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly signage option, you may want to consider one of our custom yard signs.
