Compared to other websites, I found this one user-friendly and full of options. The only thing that made me give it four stars was the low-quality final PDF file, despite the high-quality revisions provided earlier. I was disappointed.

Background color not same as proof

The printed the encrypted proof 3 times to get the background colour the way I preferred. However, when I received the final product it was way too dark (unusable). There was also an issue with Purolater, this product sat in their depot for a week as per the tracking number.
