I expected what my preview showed and accepted which is like the photo above. My order has a clear boarder all around about 1 cm wide instead of the image being out to mthe edge of the block. What did I do wrong? Otherwise, great job.

While canvas prints are printed on canvas fabric that mimics the texture of traditional paintings, acrylic prints are printed on an acrylic sheet, giving them a smooth and glossy surface that is glare- and scratch-resistant. Also, our canvas prints come with attached hangers for wall display, while our acrylic prints are self-standing. Ultimately, the choice between acrylic photo blocks and canvas prints comes down to what style of décor you're after and how you want to display your new custom piece.

Your photos stick to the acrylic block with a clear adhesive.

Yes, you can upload your own photo with text on it.

Your acrylic block only needs a gentle dusting with a non-abrasive cloth. To remove dirt or streaks, use a small amount of mild soap and water and rub gently with a clean, soft cloth. We don’t recommend using paper towels, amonia or alcohol on your acrylic block.
