We create our wedding signage with both clarity and beautiful design in mind. However, if you want to be extra conscientious about legibility, we have a few tips.

Choose the largest size possible: The bigger the sign, the bigger the message! If you’re creating a wedding welcome sign, we recommend our 24" x 36" size. For banners, you’ll want a banner that’s at least 2.5' x 6' or larger.

Increase the font size: Our sign templates include text components that you can easily edit. Don’t be afraid to make the text bigger when you’re customizing your sign in the studio.

Use script fonts with care: Ornate calligraphy can be hard to read from a distance. We recommend selecting a design that uses clean, classic fonts or a mix of classic and ornate.

Opt for high-contrast colours: Dark colours on light backgrounds (and vice versa) will make your message easier to read.

Upload high-resolution artwork: If you’re creating your own sign using an original design or artwork, make sure that the dpi is at least 300.
