Picture was little blurry

The pixels seems to have enlarged causing a blur, wish the preview was good enough to let me see that

Thank you for sharing your review on the wall poster. We regret that the picture was blurry. From our review of the document, the resolution was low. For best results in the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order; www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. Furthermore, we recommend using high resolution vector images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. In addition, we suggest placing a new order with a better quality image. We hope this helps.

We are sorry to hear you have not received your order. According to the tracking details, there was an attempted delivery, but the receiver was unavailable. The shipment was then transferred to an authorized agent and is now available for pickup. It will be held at the pickup counter for 5 business days from the arrival date. We recommend keeping a close eye on the tracking updates to ensure a successful delivery/pickup. Tracking may be done from your order history or shipment notification email. Please check with the designated pickup agent to see if the package is currently available. Once you have done so, please reply and let us know so we can proceed with the best resolution.
