Smelled terrible, and damaged

I was so excited for this order, but unfortunately they arrived damaged from insufficient packaging. They should be wrapped in plastic like they do with cards. They were loose in a box, and resulted in being quite crumpled. They also smelled terribly like mold. Otherwise, the print quality was great, and I really appreciate customer service quick response with multiple options for reprinting, credit or full refund.

I had high hopes but unfortunately the colors of the paper did not match the design. What was supposed to be pale yellow turned out green.

Confusing template

I built my design based on it being the full size of the sheet, not just a tile of 1/4 of it. The repetitive logo turned out super small and difficult to read / blurry. Probably will throw this in the garbage and just order through a human elsewhere.

We offer a 10# option, which weighs 0.5 oz (17 gsm), and an 18# premium option, which weighs 0.82 oz (28 gsm). The 10# paper is more sheer compared to the 18# paper.

At present, we offer single-sided printing only for our tissue paper.

Our design process features logo or pattern repetition, where you create a small rectangular design that is tiled across the entire tissue paper, resulting in a seamless custom look.

Yes, our tissue paper is made from 100% paper pulp and it’s recyclable.

The paper is shipped flat to prevent fold lines and creases.

Production time is 4-6 business days, depending on the quantity ordered, plus shipping time.
