Print came out looking clean however the legibility of the text on some areas of the card are unsatisfactory. The mockup that was shown did not correlate to the finished product. I'm hopeful to know whether or not a reprint would be possible. Thank you.

After reviewing your order, we found that the submitted design included a very small font size and fine text details, which unfortunately led to reduced legibility once printed. While the on-screen mockup provides a general representation, very small text and thin elements can appear less readable in the final print. For future orders, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the preview mode on the editing page and downloading the PDF proof before placing the order, as this offers the most accurate indication of how text size and clarity will appear in print and helps set clear expectations.
