on the preview everything looked fine. In print, the font is soo small that you can not read it. Why would you allow for that

To help address the issue, we’ve taken action on your account, and an email will be sent with the details. Please note that we print the text as it was approved and submitted. The preview is enlarged to make it easier to revise your design and does not represent the actual printed size. For future orders, we recommend requesting a PDF proof from the Editing Studio and viewing it at 100% to get a better idea of how the text will appear at its printed size. We also suggest increasing the font size in your design and uploading a new file to improve readability.

My recent order of 250 business cards was not up to a standard that I would assume for all printing in 2026. You can see lines in the colour, so it looks inconsistent and not solid. I’d actually like to ask for a refund and/or reprint as they do not look professional and fail the consistency test. Card stock is nice though and shipping was great, but not impressed with the print quality as you can see it’s been printed.
