One of two images i submitted did not match the original file which had already been used for wedding invitations. I am now waiting for a reprint at no charge, but as the order is now delayed, I could not include the canvas print with the invitations on time. Although I sincerely appreciate the reprint “at no charge”, I feel that in these situations Vistaprint should expedite orders when errors occur.

Furthermore, we have checked and noted that our support team has already responded and addressed the issue by arranging a free reorder, which has been shipped and is expected to arrive by May 12 or 13 at the latest. While we are glad that a resolution was provided, we regret that the delay meant the canvas could not be included as originally planned.
