Print quality was great. For some reason I thought they were tent style placecards. They are just flat like a business card.

I selected matte as the option for these place cards and instead they are very glossy and hard to write on.

We apologize for the letdown with the finish on the place cards received. A new order will be sent out for you, and your order history will reflect the changes under the same order number with the same shipping speed. We recommend using permanent marker to write on your cards. We hope this helps.

Good but difficult

These are good quality and arrived quickly. I like that I can use my own design and match the menus. However, it was really hard to print names on them, even the matte paper is coated, which makes it really high quality but really really hard to use since you cannot print individual names through VP. Printer ink, ink pad ink didn't work. Fixatif spray over printer ink didn't work. I ended up using sharpie on rubber stamps, it was the only thing that would dry.
