We most likely do – in fact, many of our wedding menus are designed to match our wedding invitations and other wedding stationery. This makes it easy to create a signature style that you can weave throughout your big day. If you have a specific vision, the pros from our Graphic Design Services can create a totally original wedding menu for you. They’ll work with you to craft a new design or tweak one of our existing templates.

Yes. In our online studio, you’ll be able to download a free digital proof. Throughout the wedding menu printing process, you can create as many proofs as you’d like. This is an easy way to share your ideas with someone else – your partner, a friend or wedding planner. We want you to love the finished product!

We don’t offer custom samples right now – but you can order a small batch of 10 wedding menus. This is a cost-effective way to see and feel your menus in person before you fully commit. After reviewing the colour and paper, reordering a higher quantity is quick and easy. If you want to make any updates, you’ll be able to edit your menu in our studio. Either way, your order – and satisfaction – is absolutely guaranteed.

We don’t offer custom sizing at this time, but don’t worry! Our cards measure 4" x 8", a standard size that has enough space to list all the meal’s offerings. We also offer backside printing to give you extra room.

It’s customary for each guest to receive a menu card at the reception dinner. Some couples also opt for 1 menu per table (if you go this route, consider incorporating your menus into the centerpieces for a lovely display!).

Menu cards typically feature the following:

• Your names and the date.
• A welcome message (optional, but a sweet touch!).
• A list of courses (first course, entrée, etc.). If you’re doing a buffet or family-style dinner, a list of all the options will do.
• A brief list of main ingredients for each dish. While this isn’t necessary, it can be helpful for those with allergies.

Most couples decide to leave menu cards on each guest’s plate or tucked into a folded napkin prior to the reception – this adds a lovely touch to the tablescape and rounds out each place setting wonderfully.
