Poor quality & thin

Oct 5, 2026 | Bex

These were disappointing. I was expecting them to feel like proper magnets, wehre they could hold somethihg up on the fridge. Instead they are very thing and paper-like. The edges are also cheap looking as you can see roughness from the cuts.

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

Not great quality and they looked like they were cut with scissors. Maybe just a bad batch? Otherwise the process and delivery was easy and it all arrived on time.

A bit disappointed

Sep 29, 2026 | Janine H. |

The box came through UPS I had no way of knowing it came from Vista Print, the product was a magnet for my business. And it looked quite a bit smaller than the proof I was actually kind of not very happy with it. And usually I am when I order through a vista print. I've never had any issues until now. But like I said, there was nothing indicating that it came from a vista print which made me nervous.

Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:

Thank you for your review submission. We regret any inconvenience caused by the packaging of the magnets. There are times when items are packaged in multiple boxes, with the outer box left blank. Regarding the size of the magnets, we saw that the 2" x 3" size was ordered. This is one of the smaller sizes that are offered on the website. We currently offer seven other sizes that are larger, so we hope one will work better for you.
