As you add colour, images (150 DPI or higher, please), text and more to each side, you’ll be able to see how your tent will look when fully assembled and on display. Tent Came With Stitching Through the Logo

The tent came with a stitching issue right through the front of the tent

We ordered a canopy tent with two different logos: one for our soccer team and one for the sponsor. The tent came late with only one of the logos printed. Not at all what the mock up showed when we ordered.

The frame seems to be fair quality as well as the canvas material and print, however the stitching along the bottom edges creates an arch in the center of each side. There is also no velcro straps or any way of holding the sides to the frame so it flaps around in the wind and does not look good to present at events. This is not the product for a business in my opinion as it lacks the professional look.

You’ll create your custom canopy in our 3D design studio. Once there you can add backgrounds, images, shapes, text and more. As you add each of these things, you’ll be able to see them on your fully-assembled tent. You’ll even be able to turn it around and to the side for a view of all angles. Make sure you pay close attention to the safety lines shown so your design is visible from all angles. Need more help? Contact our design experts.

Grab a friend and get your custom tent ready to go in 4 simple steps:

1.PREP: Stand the frame up, then pull the legs slightly apart. Drape the fabric over the top, attaching it at each corner.

2.EXPAND: Alternating at each end of the tent, pull the legs of the frame apart slowly, until the frame is fully extended.

3.LIFT: Unlock the frame’s corner connectors and lift until they click into place. Use the crank to raise the canopy’s point.

4.SECURE: Double check the corner connectors. In windy weather, use the ground stakes and rope to add extra stability.

Yes. The durable polyester not only stands up to rainy weather, it’s also UV-resistant. We include metal ground stakes and rope in case you need to plan for windy weather. Tie the rope to the stakes and then secure it to the tent to keep things from blowing away in a gust of wind.

No. Since a secure fit is so important to the look and effectiveness of your tent, we sell our tents as complete sets – each with a frame and canopy fabric.

Yes. Telescopic legs mean that you can adjust your tent’s height up to a maximum of 11.5'.

When fully constructed and in place, the dimensions are: 118.5" W x 138.25" H x 118.5" D. When packed into the included carrying case, the dimensions are: 61.38" H x 8.37" W x 8.37" D.

The tent frame weights 36 lbs., while the polyester custom canopy fabric weighs 8.5 lbs. The entire set – frame, fabric, stakes and case – weighs a total of 51.5 lbs. Your carrying case includes wheels to make it easier to transport.

Yes. The tent fabric is NRPA701-certified.

We recommend using vector graphics (.ai, .eps or .svg files) for your images – .jpg files may blur when scaled. If you need to upload a .jpg, it should be 150 DPI or higher. And we highly suggest avoiding small text as anything less than 2" may not be legible from a distance.
