Don't ask for design help

I set up my printing design to print on both sides. I had it all matched up with crop marks, but I saw there was a small line showing up in the proof image. I reached out for support and the person did not address the line, but changed my image size to remove the crop marks. I said I needed them because Vistaprint does not offer the card size I need, so I used Rack Cards and designed three cards with crop marks. The support person then changed it back. Much to my disappointment the back of the card was not changed back to the way I had it. Now it is too late because I never noticed until I attempted to cut the cards. It is the second time support has messed up the way I have set up my designs.

This was a default product for me as my initial Choice wouldn't get finished in time. The edges look kind of sloppy & had to hand crop them all down as my original design didn't fit AND they were double the price. Would only buy again in a different context.
