Furthermore, we noted that you contacted us after placing the initial order, and our customer support team assisted with a resolution of a new order. Also, in the new order, the codes were scanned and confirmed in an email before the replacement order was done. In addition, we noticed that the new updates featured a different URL from the two that were used in the previous order. We recommend that you place a new order for the updated cards in your account. In the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design: www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. You're able to then scan the code or codes to check if they're working correctly. We hope this helps.
