After checking, it appears that the problem was caused by a template glitch, which can sometimes result in unwanted blank spaces on the custom envelopes. As a workaround, we recommend using the same backdrop on both sides of your design to ensure no white borders appear. To assist you, we have saved an updated version of your design in your cart. Please review it at your convenience and reply to this email, and we will be happy to set up a free replacement order for you. Your feedback and photos are very valuable and will also be shared with our teams for review.
