Looking at the product page FAQ (https://www.vistaprint.ca/stationery/stamps/pre-inked-stamps#FAQs), we recommend a maximum of three lines of text for best results. In your submitted file, the Medium (2" x 1") size included five lines, and the last line used a thinner font style. This may have impacted the final imprint and contributed to the legibility issue you noted.
To help us provide the best resolution, we recommend replying to this review with clear photos of the product quality concerns. This will allow our team to review the details directly and work with you on the most suitable solution.
