Upon close inspection of your design, we found that the uploaded files for your postcards were actually fuzzy, which is particularly visible when the image is zoomed in. Because our printing process is strictly file-dependent, the final print quality is a direct reflection of the resolution and clarity of the file submitted. This is why the replacement order, while an improvement, still lacked that sharp finish. We want to help you get the professional results you're after.
