After reviewing the layout, we want to advise you that a horizontal template was used for a vertical design layout. When a horizontal template is processed for printing, the reverse side is flipped for printing, which is why the image on the back appears upside-down in the final outcome. For the best results on future projects, we highly recommend choosing a dedicated vertical template right from the start. This ensures the automated print alignment matches your layout perfectly, and your desired results will be achieved. We want to make sure you get postcards you are proud to mail out. Our review shows the image that was uploaded did not follow the full-bleed size guidelines. To prevent white borders, your design must be uploaded in the full bleed size. For this size postcard, it is 4.33" x 5.59". We are prepared to assist with a replacement order, and we have made adjustments to the design. The updated version is now in your Shopping Cart.
