I order a lot from Vistaprint -- posters, postcards, business cards and merch and normally everything is great. But this last print run was not good. I ordered 500 postcards and they were supposed to have a black background. The colour was off -- black merging to brown and almost aubergine. Very disappointing.

We’re very sorry to hear this last print run didn’t meet expectations. Regarding the background color, based on our checks, the design file was uploaded with the background tone variation, which resulted in the black appearing to merge into brown. That said, we understand how disappointing this must have been. We also saw that you contacted customer care, and the matter is currently being addressed.
