Based on our checks, the 5" x 7" flyers were ordered with a glossy finish, while the 4" x 6" flyers were ordered with a matte finish. Please reply to this email and let us know if your order arrived differently from what was selected. If possible, include photos of the flyers showing the finish so we can review this further and assist you.
