I have ordered labels from here before and it was easy and straightforward to get exactly what I needed. This time there were no options for finish so my labels came glossy and not matte, which I have always ordered before.
Trying to get the labels reprinted and deal with customer service was also terrible and took a week to get resolved.
I use VP a lot and this was a really disappointing experience.
