Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we understand how disappointing it is to receive cards that don’t meet your expectations, especially after reviewing the preview. To clarify, we don’t have the ability to determine whether a submitted design contains an error or if an element is intentionally placed that way. Our printing process is fully automated, which means designs are printed exactly as they’re submitted and approved. In this case, the final print matches what was shown in the approval preview. That said, we absolutely want to help make this right. Please let us know how the card should have looked—specifically which element appears incorrect and what the intended layout or text should be. Once confirmed, we’ll be happy to review this with you and work toward a complimentary solution where possible.
