However, we are sorry to learn that the color and crispness were more faded than you expected or liked, as we want your designs to print beautifully. We would like to share that this variation can sometimes occur due to the shift from RGB to CMYK color profiles. Digital screens display images using RGB (Red, Green, Blue) light, which tends to look brighter and more vibrant. However, professional printing systems use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) inks. Because the CMYK color spectrum is slightly smaller, certain bright or highly saturated digital colors can appear more muted or faded when translated onto physical fabric. Could you please respond to this email and share a few clear images of the tote bag showing how the print turned out?
