I was extremely happy with one side but disappointed with the other side. Had I realized it would print as dark I would have tried to lighten the picture I used. Lovely bag though! I think it was worth the money 😊

From our review of the design, we noticed that the image on the front side was dark. Furthermore, it appears a scanned image was used, which contributed to the darkened and dull background. For the best results, we recommend removing the background using our "remove background" feature in the edit studio and brightening the image. We are prepared to assist with a replacement order and have revised the document, stored it in your shopping cart, and kindly request that you review it. Please respond to this email with your approval of the changes. Once approved, we will proceed with placing a replacement order. We eagerly await your response.
