This is my second order of a set of cards I have been trying to get right, I spent hours chatting with multiple "helpers" via the chat box, I asked every person I chatted with "will my black logo in the background be in foil if I select image and font?" To which each chat helper responded "yes, we've checked your design and it will be foiled. "
These cards arrived today, and when I opened them up, they were not foiled and the back of the cards which was taken over by a chat person to help with the design looks completely off.

They are flat, and not embossed like I thought I was ordering, but I think that was my mistake. Colors look great, and they came quickly

The matte version of my cards showed the foil much better than the glossy. The paper was thinner than I was expecting so will order thicker stock next time.
