We are sorry to hear that the foil on your item did not turn out as expected. Your design is black and white, and when selecting the finish, the “image only” option was chosen, which is why the foil was applied only to image areas rather than text. We aim to make the foil colour match the original colour of your design as closely as possible; bright colours and high-contrast designs usually look best. For uploads, the foil sections will reflect the colours in your original design, and for templates, you can change the colour of different text, images, and patterns you have added foil to. For future projects, we recommend carefully selecting “text and images” if you would like foil applied more broadly. You can revise your design with gold accents where you would like the foil applied, and we are happy to assist with a courtesy replacement.
