Overall, we are pleased, with the exception of 1. Foil Accent was not even for example Luke Shields, Luke was duller than Shields. Similar on the back L duller than S. This was consistently off through the entire card. 2. The dark nave blue of the card as requested appears closer to black.

Many issues with order process and dissatisfied with product

After spending a few months attempting to ensure my order would be perfect, unfortunately it still wasn’t. The first three representatives that I worked with were unable to help and instead made incorrect changes to the project, pushing me away from using the site. I waited months before trying again. The last representative I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful however the order was still fulfilled at an unsatisfactory level. The cards are not printed centered. The foil is not overlaid properly. Quality check was not done thoroughly. Half of each box will need to be discarded. This is the second time I’ve had the same issues. I will not be using VistaPrint again.

Ordered Foil was not printed on both sides

I was majorly disappointed with my purchase. Both sets of business cards were only showing the foil on the logo on one side, not on both. The navigation in the upload process of the design is wildly confusing, you can only add one comment and I gave clear instructions but maybe that was not enough?? Spent 67 euro on a product I have no use for.

Foil Detail

The foil detail was a bad call on my part. I’m not happy with the way it looks. The detail on the lamp bases and shades in my original Canva design are lost to the foil embellishment. I’m very happy with everything else, however. I feel I should order again. I wish there had been a true mock up of what the finished card would look like. I would never have ordered the foil detail.

Nice, but not as expected

I paid $90 for 500 cards, premium stock with gold foil accents. They look nice, but are somewhat disapppointing. I would return them if I wasn't pressed for time. I used a gold logo, but only the text and some gold stars were accented with foil. Not the logo. The gold logo also did not print nearly as crisp and clear as on the online example. Details are missing. Be aware: even when you pay extra for gold foil, it will not be applied to any elements on the back of the card. The cards are lovely because my design was well thought out, but their printing description and quality is NOT what is shown online.
