My banner is beautiful! The glossy finish however is so glossy that light reflects on it, making parts of the banner hard to see. The matte finish is what I should have ordered. Otherwise the quality is A+

The first thing I have to say is that the shipping was insanely fast! I had my item in less than a week. I thought it would have taken a couple of weeks or so but it was approximately 4 or 5 days which is incredible! The quality of the item is wonderful and we are super pleased with how it came out. I designed it myself and uploaded it to the site and it was easy to navigate and choose what I wanted. I am very pleased!
Base not manufactured properly

The banner I purchased is beautiful, except for the base was not manufactured properly and therefore the banner is not usable. The hole where support pole is placed into is too large for the support pole I received, so it does not allow for the banner to stand up properly. Instead, the banner leans backwards and easily falls over if someone walks by it. I am overall pleased with how the banner turned out, but I am very disappointed that I cannot use it for it's intended purpose of advertising at trade shows.
