Retro & Vintage Retractable Banners Templates

I ordered a stand-up banner in October and used it successfully a total of three times. The fourth time the banner material let loose from the top holding strip and unwound in the cassette. After many attempts to rethread the banner into the aluminum strip, I conceded defeat. This was definitely not a case of user error as I have used Vistaprint banners many times in the past and this is the first time that the banner material has come loose. I did notice on first use that the banner material was not threaded evenly on the top strip (somewhat wavy) but I didn't think that it would affect the long term functionality of the banner. I am quite disappointed that the product did not last even five uses. I hope that Vistaprint will repair or replace the banner.

The banner is a Great quality and size. The base and poles are sturdy. it's easy to set up. I also appreciated customer service's help when I needed to add a graphic after I already submitted the order. they were quick and helpful! my photo doesn't do it justice as the graphics and colours are very clear and sharp and bright. Thank you!
