Vinyl Retractable Banners

If you order retractable banners, make sure you order them with polyester fabric. I have ordered both and there's a huge difference between polyester fabric and vinyl, way more that $15-$20!

Please note that the main difference between the two materials is the thickness. The vinyl material is .31 mm thick, while the polyester fabric is .37 mm. As such, the price for the polyester is higher than the vinyl. Please rest assured that your feedback is appreciated. Hello when received the banner as we tried to pull out the banner. We found one side was not fixed in the metal bar. It was damaged. Pictures attached. We did not expect that to use the banner during the event we had to use tape. I hope this explains our dissatisfaction if your shop job. If you have further questions please let me know. Thank you.

We apologize for sending you a damaged tarp. This is unacceptable. This is not the kind of work we usually offer our clients. We thank you for the attached photos. We have already shared them with the appropriate department. To fix this, we just resent the product to you. On February 27, you will receive the new tarp. Once it leaves the factory, you will receive an email with the tracking link so you can be aware of the status of the order. Once again we apologize sorry for this incident.
