Has a Printing Issue

Great quality overall — the colors and print look amazing, and the material feels very professional.
However, there is a visible horizontal defect at the bottom of the banner (as shown in the photo), which looks like a production issue.
Everything else is perfect, but this flaw affects the final look.

I ordered a retractable banner with the black aluminum base. The item shipped was assembled with the silver aluminum base. I contacted Vista Print to advise them of the error. They are sending a replacement banner and base. The Customer Service representative was outstanding in listening to my issue and responding to it with a favourable resolution.
