We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive marketing materials that do not accurately represent your brand. Upon reviewing the design file, we want to advise that because the printing surface on a pen is quite small (0.65" x 1.90"), the intricate details and very small text within your logo are incredibly difficult to replicate clearly at that scale. To ensure a much sharper and better print outcome for a replacement or future orders, we highly recommend maximizing the logo by removing the smallest text elements or enlarging the main icon so it stands out clearly on the pen.
