I would make sure the font is eligible. so no I would not

Unfortunately the logo is nearly unreadable. I would have chose a darker color however the mockup for approval looked eligible and clear. Now I have 500 pens that are just throw aways since you cannot see the company logo unless you are playing a game of Where is Waldo.
