Disappointed in Everything but Customer Service

Over the years I have ordered several different products from Vistaprint and have been consistently happy with the results. Sadly, not this item. Even though the preview looked awesome, our logo colours did not print properly at all (see images). To make things worse, many of the 50 bottles arrived with noticeable dents in them. Whether the dents were a shipping issue or not, it does not leave a great impression about their durability. On the positive side, Vistaprint customer service was great to deal with. A replacement batch would not have arrived in time for our event, so they promptly issues a refund instead. (Side Note: We also had t-shirts made using the same logo and those turned out great!)
