Je voulais seulement mentionne que j'étais déçu du résultat final. . . en effet, je m'attendais à mieux au niveau dela qualité de la broderie et de la casquette.

These were exactly what I was looking for. Our team appreciates the breathability especially when we are running long distances.
Absolute junk hat and terrible quality control
Dec 23, 2025 | Matt R. |
Verified Buyer
The hat is poorly made, with a long beak and awkward proportions. The embroidery is even worse, it’s off centre and a basic vector logo is horribly rendered into an unrecognizable form. This might pass at a bachelor party but it screams I don’t care about my business or quality in a work application. Please do not waste your money.
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your OGIO® ENDURANCE Stride Mesh Cap and regret the frustration caused by the hat’s proportions and the embroidery not meeting your expectations. To help us review this matter further and assist you appropriately, please reply to this email with photos of the received hat along with more details about the concerns you experienced. This will allow our team to assess the quality issues and determine the best way to resolve them. Your feedback is highly valued and will be shared with our quality teams.

Low panel cap with a bill too large
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We’re sorry to hear that the cap didn’t meet your expectations, particularly with the panel and bill size. We understand how important the right fit and style are, and we apologize for the inconvenience. If you could send us some images of the item, we’d be happy to look into this further and find a solution.
Logo wasn’t exact, strap has nowhere to go

Poor quality. Logo was sloppy and not exactly to the preview. The hats adjustable strap doesn’t have a spot to slide into and just bobbles. Hat also had a few pulls
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your hat. Upon reviewing your account, we saw that you contacted our customer care team and that the matter was resolved. If you have any further concerns or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know.
